Cabot is much more interesting than this interview can possibly portray. You can engage him in conversations on subjects ranging from taco carts, urban sprawl, free speech, greenhouse gas regulation, Frito Lay food additives, microbrews, wind ensembles, classic film to web design and everything in between. He has more than an encyclopedic knowledge - he has reasoned and original opinions and insights.

Carlos Boozer eats at Taqueria Lolita. They have a photo on the wall to prove it.

A reliable source told me that because Carlos never likes to be too far from good tacos he fakes injuries so he doesnt have to go on road trips. Carlos Boozer isn't a total pussy, he just likes tacos.
